    Pope meets satan head on and doesn't blinksatan is more active and brazen than ever    In our editorial this week, we share with all the essence of the Third Secret at Fatima encompassed in the understanding of Mary's Immaculate Heart being an on-going process toward the glorious Triumph. It's a gradual growth that can only succeed through the cooperation of her children. One of those most loyal and devoted is our Holy Father John Paul II. On the same day an unprecedented number of world leaders convened at the UN to officially begin laying out their blueprint for satan's One-World Order, the Vicar of Christ was the only man still standing in the devil's way. So satan paid him a personal visit in the person of a possessed girl visiting the Vatican. John Paul the Great didn't back down, meeting the demon on his terms and killing him little by little with kindness through prayer, compassion for, and precious time with the girl. Just as Jesus had time for the woman who touched His cloak, for the sinful woman Mary Magdalene, for the possessed man, and for countless others that society neglected, so also the servant of the servants of God took time to heal. We all need to follow his example and help open the faucet of graces flowing from Heaven so that we can flood the world with His love and help bring about the glorious Triumph.     On September 15th we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows in honoring Our Lady whose Heart was pierced by a sword. We also bring you Sister Mary Lucy Astuto's column on the fact we live in a world of noise. No wonder we can't hear God when He's speaking to us.     On September 16th, we commemorate the Feast of the holy martyrs Pope Saint Cornelius (pictured above) the 21st in the line of Peter whose two year pontificate was fraught with persecution and the first schism in the Church with the election of the antipope Novatian. Honored with St. Cornelius is his devoted Bishop Saint Cyprian. Exiled to Civtavecchia in June 253, both were martyred for their refusal to offer sacrifices to the pagan gods of Rome.

    On September 17th we bring you the Holy See's Address to the world leaders at the UN World Millennium Summit on September 6th. Representing His Holiness Pope John Paul II was his chief second man Cardinal Angelo Sodano, Secretary of State, who entreated this massive gathering of presidents, premiers and kings to uphold the dignity of life for all without exception.
